Reverse Culture Shock + All My Other Projects!

It’s been a month since my last post and that wasn’t even one of my own! Since coming back from the states I’ve had a lot of adjusting to do: moving into a new apartment, starting a new job – or more like, starting three new jobs! organizing my social life, my commute, and everything in between.

But I haven’t stopped writing! I’ve started blogging for Verge Magazine for their Work Abroad section. You can find my first post here: A Return After Two Years Abroad

You can follow my work expierence blog posts there throughout the entirety of this school year! (I’ll keep posting them here, too.)

I’ve also started writing a blog under the name of It’s More Than Just Paint — a Social Media Marketing project for Exeter Paint (check them out if you’re in the area — Exeter, New Hampshire, that is!)

I’ve also started translating and editing English posts for the new online food magaizine: All About Food Mag. I’ll be writing for them as well! When my first post goes live, I’ll let you beautiful travelling people know. Because if you’re anything like me, you love food as well and that’s one of the best parts about travelling.

oct21 (5 of 5)So there we have it.

I hope you all are having amazing adventures and taking advantage of every day. Life is short. I’m reminded of that every day. Live it. Love it. And find the beauty in your everyday life.

I’ll be back writing more regularly soon! Promise.

I'm a native of Maine, currently living and working in Portland where I write about my favorite travels and new experiences. I have been published on various travel blogs as well as have collaborated on writing projects with companies such as the travel search engine Hipmunk and Spanish hotel chain Bahia Principe. When I'm not writing, I enjoy being on the ocean, sipping tasty wines, waking up to strong coffee, and sharing all these things with my friends. You can follow my writing at www.nativeofthenorth.me
